Couple Therapy and Relationship Counselling

I offer couple therapy or relationship counselling face-to-face in SE23 and online.

Issues couples might seek therapy for:

  • Communication problems including arguing

  • Problems with physical intimacy or sex life

  • Dealing with life transitions (children leaving home, retirement, caring for aging parents etc.)

  • Dealing with life events such as illness, redundancy, bereavement etc.

  • Affairs

  • Separating or ending a relationship

  • Deciding to have a family or not

  • Fertility issues

  • Disagreements about parenting

  • Opening the couple relationship…

This is not an exhaustive list and the consultation process will help explore if couple therapy is right for you.

Couple counselling requires a commitment from both partners during and between sessions. The process can be intense at times. I offer a non-judgemental supportive space. Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes.

Making contact

I offer an initial 10 minutes’ conversation on the phone to understand what brings you to therapy. This gives you the opportunity to decide if you would like to meet me. Get in touch.

Consultation

The first session will be a consultation with both of you to ascertain what brings you to couple therapy and whether we can work together. The following sessions are individual sessions with each of you which are also part of the consultation process. We then meet for a second session the three of us to review previous sessions and make plans for the therapy.

Fees

Couple therapy sessions - £90 per session. Individual sessions - £70 per session. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.
