Supervision for therapists and professionals

clinical supervision

I am currently completing a supervision diploma at the Minster Centre (completion date December 2026). I am offering low-cost supervision to trainees, qualified therapists working with adults and couples, and to professionals.

My approach to supervision is embodied, relational and integrative inspired by different approaches I work with as a therapist (person-centred, emotion-focus, attachment, psychodaynamic, body psychotherapy and somatic approaches, systemic thinking).

I see supervision as a mutual exploration of your clinical practice. I aim to offer a space that is supportive where you can bring your difficulties and celebrate your achievements and that ultimately supports your growth as a therapist and human being.

My supervision practice is open to people of all backgrounds, gender and sexuality.

I strive to offer a non-oppressive practice taking into account and reflecting on historical and present dynamics of oppression, and the intersections of these dynamics within the therapeutic (client/therapist) and supervision (supervisee/supervisor) relationship.

Areas of clinical experience

  • Bereavement

  • Relationshio and couple counselling

  • Working within IAPT Step 3 brief interventions - PCE CFD (please note that I do not currently holf a CFD supervision qualification)

  • Long term conditions

  • Fertility issues

Practicalities

I offer a free 30-minute meeting to discuss your needs. If we decide to work together, we will have an agreement that details the remit of our supervision.

As I am training as a supervisor, I offer low-cost supervision and happy to discuss reduced rates, particularly for newly qualified therapists starting their own practice and trainees needing to top up their placement supervision.

Indicative rates: Trainees £20 - Qualified £40

If you have a full practice, I would kindly ask that you consider a rate aligned to 50% of your client hourly rate.

My supervision is supervised to meet UKCP and BACP standards.
